• 1. How it Works

  Giggle AI is launching its token on the Solana ecosystem (“Collection”). All token launches prioritize fairness, with no pre-sales, insider advantages, or exploitative practices. Each token within the Giggle AI Collection will have a fixed total supply of one (1) billion tokens.

  Once the smart contract for Giggle AI is created on the Solana platform, it becomes immutable. This ensures that nobody, can alter it after its creation. All smart contracts are audited by Ackee Blockchain [https://ackee.xyz], ensuring security and transparency. Token trading and supply dynamics adhere to the rules of the underlying blockchain protocol, preventing arbitrary modifications. However, token prices can fluctuate significantly due to market conditions, and you accept all associated risks. Giggle AI will not be held liable for any financial losses incurred from token trading or holding.

  If fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms and Conditions are detected, Giggle AI reserve the right to restrict or remove public access to the token at their sole discretion.

• 2. Who is Behind Giggle AI

  Giggle AI operates independently while leveraging the Solana platform for token creation and trading. The technical and back-end integration is managed by Helio Fintech Ltd., an affiliate of Moonshot. Additionally, token pricing and market data are organized by Wen Moon Ser PTE. LTD., ensuring seamless functionality. Giggle AI relies on the expertise of Moonshot and its affiliates to handle all technical aspects, allowing its dedicated team to focus on the growth and management of the ecosystem.

• 3. Binding Agreement

  By accessing the Giggle AI token, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not engage with the platform or the Giggle AI token. Giggle AI and related entities will not be held liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of the platform.

  You may not use the Giggle AI platform if:

  1. You are under the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  2. You reside in a region where such use is illegal or would subject Giggle AI to legal liabilities
  3. You violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  Supplemental terms, including the Privacy Policy, are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are binding.

• 4. Access and Use of Giggle AI

  To access and interact with the Giggle AI token on the solana platform, you must connect your cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, including safeguarding your private keys. Giggle AI are not liable for any loss arising from compromised wallet security.

  By using Giggle AI, you agree to the following:

  1. All content you upload is your creation and does not infringe on third-party rights.
  2. Your token descriptions are not hateful, obscene, or inciting violence.
  3. You will not misrepresent your token’s purpose or promise utilities designed to generate long-term value.
  4. Automated or bot-based interactions with the platform are prohibited.
  5. You will not exploit or attack the platform’s security or introduce malicious content.
  6. Fraudulent, misleading, or harmful behavior is prohibited.
  7. You will not damage the reputation of Giggle AI.
  8. Illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities are not permitted.

  Once created, tokens cannot be modified, but their visibility or integration may be adjusted at the discretion of Giggle AI.

• 5. Interface Provider Obligations

  Giggle AI aim to provide continuous service but may suspend access for maintenance, security, or unforeseen circumstances. Support is available at [[email protected]].

• 6. Modifications and Interruptions

  Giggle AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue platform features without notice. No guarantees are made regarding updates or continuity of services. Giggle AI will notbe liable for modifications, interruptions, or price changes.

• 7. Fees

  The Giggle AI token has zero tax; however, transaction fees will apply to all trades conducted on the trading platform. These fees are determined by the platform and are subject to change at its discretion.

• 8. Privacy Policy

  By using the Giggle AI token, you consent to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy. If you access the platform from outside the United States, you agree to the transfer and processing of your data in compliance with applicable local and U.S. laws.

• 9. Term and Termination

  These Terms remain effective while you engage with the Giggle AI token. Giggle AI reserves the right to terminate your access without notice for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Legal action may be pursued for breaches.

  1. OFAC Compliance: You agree to comply with applicable sanctions and export regulations.
  2. Taxes: You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on token-related activities.
  3. Severability: Invalid provisions will not affect the enforceability of remaining terms.
  4. Waiver: No waiver of any term shall constitute a waiver of any other term.
  5. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Giggle AI.
  6. Electronic Communications: By using Giggle AI, you consent to electronic communication and transactions.
